About the Role
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be
Developing and executing social media strategies to align with business goals,
Planning and management of social media accounts,
Creating visual and written content through strong design skills
Publishing contents on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram,
Staying up with the latest social media best practices, technologies, design tools, and applications
Analyzing social media KPIs, and approaching projects with a creative view
Managing, tracking, and reporting data, web traffic metrics, insights, and campaign outcomes,
Working in collaboration with other teams, responsible attitude towards planning on to-dos
Requirements
Having 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, social media account management or digital agencies,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Strong research skills,
Ability to create high-quality written and visual editorial relevant content,
Ability to create engaging and effective social media content in cooperation with Visual Team
Basic image editing knowledge, Adobe Photoshop and Canva in particular,
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus,
Willing to work during the US working hours (Monday to Thursday 15.00-24.00 & Friday 09:00-18:00),
Great analytical thinking skills,
Team work-oriented,
Excellent time management skills,
Being responsible, self-motivated, and dynamic
Good problem-solving skills.
